We collect customer details like name, phone number, email, pickup and delivery addresses, and payment transaction IDs (UPI/Bank). We do not store card or net banking credentials.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used only to deliver transportation services, issue invoices/receipts, and maintain accounting records.

3. Payments & Invoices

Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash. After payment, we issue an official Non-GST Invoice / Bill of Supply.

4. GST Disclaimer

Mahadev Tempo Service is currently not registered under GST. We do not charge or collect GST on any services. All invoices issued are Non-GST Bills.

5. Data Privacy

We do not share or sell customer data to third parties. Data is used only for service fulfillment and accounting purposes.

6. Terms & Conditions

• Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Hisar (Haryana) jurisdiction only.
• Goods in Transit: The company is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods during transit if insurance is not taken by the customer.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited only to the amount charged for transportation services, and no claims beyond this will be entertained.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by natural calamities, strikes, accidents, roadblocks, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer must provide accurate pickup and delivery details. The company will not be held responsible for delays or issues arising due to incorrect information provided.
• Delivery Time: Delivery schedules are subject to traffic, weather, and regulatory conditions. Exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
• Non-Transferable: This agreement and its benefits are non-transferable without written consent of the company.
